Pig transfer pressure calculation

overview

Our company has developed a calculation program to determine the pig transfer pressure required for pipe cleaning, liquid draining, and other similar operations. By pre-determining the pig transfer pressure using this program, work efficiency can be significantly improved.
Our cleaning patterns are designed to handle a variety of scenarios, including gas pipe flushing, liquid draining, water draining, existing pipe cleaning, and test water filling. We also support control of receiver pressure. Please contact us if you require pressure calculations during pig cleaning.

Support for different release methods

When releasing fluid from a piggy receiver, it can be released directly into the atmosphere or stored in a tank. Furthermore, the release rate can be controlled by adjusting the receiver's pressure via its outlet valve, or it can be left to chance. The required pressure for the piggy system varies depending on the release method. Our program supports both release methods.
