    We will listen to your current situation, challenges, and concerns regarding your business, and then explain our approach. If you would like a more specific consultation, please provide us with any relevant documents so we can discuss the details further.

    Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

    Since we will be reviewing your company's unique information, we will require you to provide any necessary documents for our estimates and other related matters after we have signed a confidentiality agreement.

    Providing materials

    Please provide the necessary documents for our estimate. The required documents will depend on the service you require, and we will provide you with further details.
    If you have difficulty preparing the necessary documents or if you lack sufficient materials, we can arrange for an on-site investigation. (Please note that on-site investigations will incur additional costs.)

Comparison of scope of work

Of the nine steps outlined in the Flow, the only steps with differing scopes are Step 7, "Task Execution," and Step 8, "Deliverables/Evaluation Results, etc."
As shown in the table, the partial support plan requires customers to perform more tasks themselves compared to the full support plan.
Please choose according to your budget and circumstances.

Furthermore, even customers who have previously used the full support plan are recommended to use the "partial support plan."
